INTRODUCTION
The first step to getting off the ground with any initiative is identifying your mission, purpose and the impact of tragedy in your community. It determines your organization’s direction. It reminds your teams why the organization exists because this is what makes the organization successful. It is the foundation of a powerful organization.
This module will give you the framework you need to establish your mission, identify your purpose and measure the impact of the tragedy in your community.
Module 1 includes “knowledge checks” so that you can apply what you have learned, and provides “Roadmap Charting” to begin generating your roadmap to success.
